The exciting extra-inning clash where the Dodgers defeat the Blue Jays 5-4 drew a total 51 million watchers across the US, Canada, and Japan markets. It also is the most-watched World Series matchup since the 2017 edition final game involving the Dodgers and Astros, which averaged 29.07M. This represents a 16% increase over the previous finale between the Nationals and Astros, which attracted 23.19 million.
